Responsibilities
Management and well being of the Atlas Group and its staff liaison with clients and consultants responsible for the Group's performance on all projects, small or large. Control of any resources, profitability and strategic direction of the business.

Experience
Roy joined the industry in 1965 as an apprentice joiner including college and workshop training, eventually acquiring his own stake in the family building business where he has continued to grow into its currently group status.

Responsibilities
Motivating and coordinating all office based staff involved in the day to day activities of live contracts along with coordinating all supply chain criteria and ensuring the contractual obligation of all front line main stream subcontractors are complied with including mandatory health and safety compliance.

Experience
Gavin joined the family business at the age of 16 working part time in the estimating office gaining valuable experience whilst attending Sheffield Hallam University gaining a degree in Quantity Surveying since which he has continued to work with the company's many PLC clients whilst further developing the company's supply chain.
